最初的我們，是新中國(guó)成立后治理江河的第一支機(jī)械化隊(duì)伍。經(jīng)過(guò)70年的千錘百煉，我們由單一的水利水電工程承包商，發(fā)展為涵蓋水電熱電核電風(fēng)電等能源建設(shè)，承接公路鐵路市政交通施工，涉足礦山海港農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)保等多個(gè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)化施工隊(duì)伍。
We were the first mechanized team majoring in flood-control project after the founding of New China in 1949. With 70years’ improvement, we have grown up to a construction company which not only specialize in water conservancy and hydropower engineering but also involves in the field of energy infrastructure projects, municipal and traffic construction, as well as infrastructure construction for mining, harbor, agriculture and environmental protection.
自1997年取得國(guó)家允許的對(duì)外經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)后，我們?cè)诎突固公@得巴羅塔水電站廠房工程施工授權(quán)。爾后，我們相繼在馬來(lái)西亞、印度尼西亞、越南、老撾、柬埔寨、緬甸、孟加拉、科威特、沙特阿拉伯、尼泊爾、斯里蘭卡、印度、澳大利亞、尼日利亞、加納、萊索托、埃塞俄比亞、委內(nèi)瑞拉、厄瓜多爾等30多個(gè)國(guó)家，承建了120多項(xiàng)工程項(xiàng)目。目前，我們已建立了中東、東南亞、西非、南非、南亞、南美等多個(gè)區(qū)域辦事處，年市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷額近20億美元，經(jīng)營(yíng)方式也由單一的施工承包向EPC、BOT、PPP等多種模式發(fā)展。
Since obtaining the permitted import/export right in 1997, we were authorized to build Ghazi-Barotha Hydropower Project. Thereafter, we conducted to contract projects in 30 Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Bengal, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, Australia, Nigeria, Ghana, Lesotho, Ethiopia, Venezuela, Ecuador, etc. Currently, we have already established regional offices in Mid-East, Southeast Asia, West Africa, South Africa and South America; our annual market turnover is nearly 2 billion; and we developed several operation modes such as general contracting, EPC, and BOT, and PPP.
在多年的跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)實(shí)踐中，我們牢固樹立“業(yè)主至上”的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念，著力為業(yè)主排憂解難。在巴基斯坦巴羅塔水電站，我們不懼“9.11”恐怖事件帶來(lái)的危機(jī)，堅(jiān)持施工按期發(fā)電，被巴方譽(yù)為“見證中巴友誼的第二座里程碑”。在加納布維水電站，我們自建醫(yī)院防治瘧疾，堅(jiān)守正常生產(chǎn)，提前一年實(shí)現(xiàn)截流，得到加納總統(tǒng)的充分肯定。在柬埔寨甘再水電站，我們配合軍方邊掃雷邊施工，在昔日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)留下的雷場(chǎng)建起了現(xiàn)代化的水電站。在孟加拉石卡巴哈，我們快速推進(jìn)燃?xì)怆娬窘ㄔO(shè)，成為孟加拉國(guó)施工最快的工程項(xiàng)目。在東南亞的熱帶叢林，我們?cè)诳耧L(fēng)暴雨與烈日炎炎中奮力拼搏，推動(dòng)了項(xiàng)目的按期實(shí)施。在非洲等市場(chǎng)極度不發(fā)育的國(guó)家，我們精準(zhǔn)的設(shè)備物資配置計(jì)劃和強(qiáng)大的遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸能力，保證了項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行……。
Our operation philosophy is “Employer First”, which is drawn from our long time multinational management practice. We always try our best to be a trouble shooter for the employer and for the project. Despite the huge risks brought by “911” terrorist attack, we fulfilled our responsibility of Ghazi-Barotha Hydropower Project on time. To guarantee normal schedule of construction and to realize river closure in advance, we built special hospital to guard against and cure malaria in Ghana Boui Hydroelectric Project, which won high praise by the President of Ghana. To expedite the construction of Kamchay Hydroelectric Project, we actively helped the local army to sweep mines. The Shikalbaha 150MW Peaking Power Plant Chiitagong in Bengal constructed by us is the fastest finished project in their country. In the jungle of Southeast Asia, we put the implementation of the project in priority and ignore the heavy rain and burning sun. In Africa, we furnish ourselves with accurate resources allocation plans and strong ocean transport capacity to ensure the smooth proceeding of the projects.
我們不斷推進(jìn)科技進(jìn)步，在超級(jí)高拱壩施工、碾壓混凝土筑壩和人工砂石料生產(chǎn)、水電火電設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試、大型金屬結(jié)構(gòu)制作安裝、復(fù)雜地質(zhì)處理等方面，擁有世界一流的先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有22項(xiàng)紀(jì)錄入選中國(guó)企業(yè)新紀(jì)錄，可以隨時(shí)隨地為工程建設(shè)提供良好的解決方案。
Meantime, we constantly sharpen our technological skills. We have leading-edge technologies and management experiences in ultrahigh arch dam construction, RCC, manmade aggregate production, equipment installation and commissioning for hydropower and thermal power, large scale metal structure manufacture and installation, and treatment of complicated geological conditions, wherein 22 items were selected as new record of Chinese enterprises. We are ready to provide excellent solutions for project construction.
